This reduces the outstanding shares from 188,217,382 to 168,217,382. SITS is still planning to reduce its authorization from 500,000,000 to 250,000,000 shares and start a stock purchase during its second quarter of 2014. In regards to its new contract announcement, SITS is projecting such announcement to be done over the next few weeks.
